FTair expands Apcela ONE ATG and DUAL ATG installation and support coverage across the Mid-South and Tennessee Valley with maintenance-aligned upgrades, Sign & Fly financing, and nationwide aircraft support.
Apcela today announced that FTair has joined the Apcela ATG Preferred Dealer network, expanding dealer-led installation, integration, and support for Apcela ONE ATG and DUAL ATG connectivity upgrades across the Mid-South and Tennessee Valley. The announcement strengthens Apcela’s dealer footprint for business aviation operators seeking a more direct path to faster, lower-latency inflight connectivity across the continental United States.
As an avionics-forward Part 145 repair station, FTair will support operators from Memphis, Tennessee (KMEM) and Pryor Field in Tanner, Alabama (KDCU), with capabilities spanning avionics installations and upgrades, STC work, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, line maintenance, and 24/7 AOG support. That operating model gives aircraft owners and operators a more practical upgrade path by aligning connectivity installations with planned maintenance events and reducing avoidable downtime.
Through FTair, operators can access Apcela’s Sign & Fly program, combining turnkey financing, minimal to no upfront cost, and a certifiable installation pathway for qualifying aircraft. For operators comparing connectivity upgrade options, that means a clearer business case for replacing legacy systems with high-performance ATG service without forcing major capital outlays at the start of the program.
For passengers and flight departments, Apcela ONE ATG and DUAL ATG are designed to deliver a faster Wi-Fi experience with low latency, unlimited data, and support for streaming, video calling, cloud applications, and connected cockpit workflows. For charter and managed fleets, those benefits can translate into a stronger onboard experience, improved customer retention, more frequent aircraft preference by name, more predictable connectivity costs, and a more compelling service offering in a competitive market.

“Joining the Apcela ATG Preferred Dealer network gives FTair a strong platform to help operators modernize their cabins with Apcela ONE ATG and DUAL ATG,” said Joe Mateo, Chief Operating Officer of FTair. “Customers are looking for faster, more reliable Wi-Fi, but they also want an installation partner that understands avionics, certification pathways, maintenance planning, and ongoing support. That is where FTair excels — from installation quality and STC-driven modification work to line maintenance and 24/7 AOG response.”
